At least in the remake. She is a bartender, clearly comfortable with people and approaching them. If anything I saw her as ambivert, slightly more on the extroverted side. Just that she is struggling with her feeling toward Cloud

It's hard to get close to her with her massive jugs taking up so much space so she doesnt interact face to face a lot

She acts like an introvert, but her job is something you typically wouldn't imagine an introvert doing.

I mean, I'm an introvert, but having a job that forces you to interact with customers kinda forces me to put on an extrovert attitude for a couple awful hours.
And typically if you're around your friends, introverts will act more social.
