Macys had a video like this when I worked for them years ago. I wasnt even really paying attention because I was pretty sure no one was going to ask me to join a union

I've worked for a few retail places that showed anti union propaganda videos. At the time, their big argument was that if you're in a union then your boss can't show you favoritism.
Like they'd have to write you up for being late instead of in a union where you get 8 strikes and then a mild talking to. Then if you get 8 more strikes in the same year another talking to but if you get just 8 more that year they could potentially fire you and then the union would have to put in paperwork to get your job back. --- I don't believe in belts.
