Last time I tried the second I tried to actually generate something my computer just crashed immediately and SD just would not launch anymore. If you want to run it on your own PC (rather than using a website) you need to set up Python to run it. SD is open source so running it offline is an option; and doing so also lets you use different sets of training data as well as completely uncensored input / output (other than the limitations of the data it was trained on, but again, custom training is also an option).
