I knew right when they called October 7th "Israel's 9/11" that they wouldn't let a tragedy go to waste and that they'd use it as an excuse to do whatever they wanted. They've already massacred more than the 239 people they've cited. I doubt the hostages are even their primary goal and that they instead want to demolish as much of Palestine as they can so they can move in and claim that land.

Thats a pretty big tinfoil hat you have to wear to think Isreal is intentionally attacking civilians instead of Hamas fighters. There is no tactical advantage to that in war. In fact, it only hurts your cause in the propaganda war.

Isreal doesn't want the Gaza Strip. They withdrew over a decade ago. Again, I thought that was common knowledge.

I can understand falling for it when the internet wasn't as present as it is now and mainstream media dominated the narrative on Israel and Palestine, and Israel played the victim and pretended to not be a massive land grabber, but they've ripped their masks off and there are other outlets willing to report on the truth. There's a publication I follow in the same vein as The Onion called The Hard Times News that not long ago had an article titled: "Israeli Defense Minister Defends Decision to Bomb Civilians by Claiming Hamas Leaders Were Hiding Inside Local Children"

Pretty much sums up how I feel whenever they try to justify their destruction by claiming it was to get Hamas.

Israeli choppers opened fire indiscriminately on crowds after the concert attack and only started picking targets with any care near the end of their strafing runs.

And then there's reports of IDF opening fire on militants and Israeli hostages, killing said hostages, without stopping to check or care.

And then there's the long history of Israel picking places at random, like, say, buildings full of journalists, and bombing the fuck out of it "because there were reports hamas might be there doing a thing maybe."

It doesn't take tinfoil to draw a conclusion based on past evidence.
