But I should point out that even with extra info (I haven't seen a pic btw), I still think he should move on. But I also think some of you should be a little nicer about it. I can get blunt and frustrated with TC, but let's not demean him.

They were never in a relationship to begin with. I believe he might be exaggerating the truth. The reality is that the girl broke it off with him because she didn't want to get into a relationship because he is not Relationship material. Which makes sense considering how he is handling this now. Like he made this topic title stating that she was his ex but then contradicts himself in the thread. Personally I think this person was never interested in him to begin with, probably tried to make it clear to him and he is making up delusions about her with half truths to save face. I think this also might be a major red flag because tc is starting to show major stalker vibes

i never actually contradicted myself in the story, you guys just assume I did. All Ive said regarding that, was I called her my gf when explaining our situation cause it was simpler, I treated her like she was my gf, I had no intentions of her being my actual gf anytime soon and she was aware of all of this.

My actions might of been contradictory, I said earlier I was trying to have my cake and eat it too and thats one of the places I missed up.

Also I was the one who ended things with her after a fight. I actively chose to go because it was nothing I could do to make the situation better and time was need for personal growth.

But I still loved her and felt regret over the situation.

The first thing he said is the why they stopped seeing each other, which is her feeling he wanted a relationship. That's the point in him mentioning that he didn't. Things didn't have to be like that, but they were. So now you have to figure out how to move on with unresolved issues. But remember that the situation is resolved, so the unresolved issues are just past regrets that you can no longer rectify.

When you say you have dated other people, do you mean a bunch of first dates or do you mean like really dated, including sex? I feel you either need to find someone to shake you out of this funk or you need therapy.
