For those unaware, it's a hemorrhoid that develops a blood clot and swells up because of it.

It can usually be anywhere from the size of a peanut to the size of a grape.

Bonus points if it's ruptured and painted your toilet a dark red.

I've had them 3 times in my life and the next time I get one I'm going to a walk in clinic or the ER to have it lanced lol

Nothing makes you feel old like this shit
