Samsung Internet is what I use with 3 ad blockers. Haven't seen an ad here in literally years.

Drop chrome and get Ublock origin on Firefox.
Chrome is Google property, so they'll allow certain ads through, and they're already working on having them not work (See Youtube's bullshit). If you insist on using Chrome, I have no idea what works. But I'd personally ditch it. --- Black Lives Matter. ~DYL~ (On mobile) ... Copied to Clipboard!

Firefix mobile in combination with uBlock Origin. You can watch youtube that way as well instead of the app.
