Literally no exercise other than my full time 8 to 5 and cutting my calories to under 2k a day. Don't care about any macros like protein, carbs, etc.
I guess this is an advantage of being morbidly obese. It's easy to lose a lot of weight at the start. From 350lbs to 330lbs. Still a loooooooooong way to go. I will stick with it this time. --- I dream broken dreams I make them come true ... Copied to Clipboard!

find 30 minutes a day to walk at a pace that gets you out of breath you'll start feeling way better and like you have more energy after a couple weeks ... Copied to Clipboard!
