There's always been plenty of discussion about the best songs in Disney movies, time to talk about the worst.
I decided to start with The Little Mermaid, the movie that ushered in the Renaissance era of Disney animation. I plan on doing the entire Renaissance, the 3D musicals, Princess and the Frog, and a few others. Not sure if I should do movies like Brother Bear and Tarzan where the songs aren't sung by the characters, I'll let y'all make arguments for or against if you want to. So right off the bat, this is probably one of the hardest choices for me. All of these songs are fantastic. 'Part of Your World' is an iconic "I Want" song. 'Poor Unfortunate Souls' is amazing. The other two are a ton of fun. I debated on whether to include the little song sung by the chef, but I decided to only include the full musical numbers for this one, so that's why the one at the beginning sung by Ariel's sisters was left out as well. This is easy for me. Poor Unfortunate Souls. Not only do I absolutely love the other 3 songs listed but I don't even really care for this one nor her voice.

I thought this was best and voted PoYW. Kiss the Girl sounded like a TJ Max commercial back in the day.
