these are some fucked up times be extra careful folks, get hit with one of those and its lights out no questions even asked just another fent OD to the world

be especially wary of anyone carrying around a single hand tool while walking or women with acrylic nails that have little roses or skulls on top of them

This sounds about as legit as the people who think touching fentanyl will kill you.

No one is going around rigging real life versions of the hidden knives from assassin's creed but with fentanyl. No matter how relatively cheap it is compared to other drugs.

Like you might have maybe one edgy addict fucking around with the idea, but no one is mass producing fentanyl blowdarts. Their are cheaper and easier ways to kill people. Ones that can't be solved with some narcan.
