Yum, but also, there are a lot of people who think Pram, and Mazz are the same.

Edit: I should add though, I really never add to a pizza after the fact. That seems like a personal choice.

A good slice should have enough cheese to carry itself.

Shavings of real parm is definitely better, but rarely available. Savory salt dust is what you can usually find, and it's still tasty.

I was trying to find a pic that clearly showed the parmesan on the pizza. It's not meant to represent the topping in general.

Pssst a lot of pizzerias are already sprinkling on some on before they bake it.

When I worked out of Buffalo New York pizzeria, we would get our dough down, sauce the dough, then sprinkle Romano parmesan mix on it, then sprinkle on some oregano, then we cheese it up and then add additional toppings and bake
