I chose 13 since then you could be allowed to use GameFAQs if you chose to be a kid today.
Im happy having lived through the 80s and 90s without the internet. Sure Im always on it now and wouldnt want to give it up, but I like there being a before period where I didnt have the internet. Todays kids are always online from a young age that they dont have that before period. When you have limited entertainment, you appreciate the things you had more than the seemingly limited range of entertainment today. Of course with todays technology, it is much easier and convenient to reach out to friends and family. --- "Well, it's not a bad game. It's made by Capcom, so how could it?" ~ AVGN ... I dont think 13 specifically was the best; but I had a lot of fun in my teen years - the internet was a thing, MySpace, AIM and the like, but people in general were not terminally online. I don't think I'd trade those years for another time period. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I was 13 in 1989 and will gladly take my time. I enjoyed life way more then. The music, the movies, socializing and going out, not staring at a screen all the time. Was so much better then.

2003 was a good time to get a comprehensive grip on the world. Really the only time to really know pre- and post- internet worlds.

I had a truly terrible life at that age, so the idea of going back to those exact circumstances is horrific. If were talking about being a random 13 year old rather than my actual self in those circumstances though, Id choose to be 13 in the year 2000. ... Copied to Clipboard!
