CobraGT 10/26/23 1:40:44 PM #1:	ComEd is raising power lines to upgrade service. They cut off power as an emergency for what they are rolling out on a schedule. I got an email 2 hours before. I think Com Ed announced this initiative a year ago. How is scheduled maintenance an emergency? And if you live in Chicago with wires on poles this is coming to your home soon. There is no excuse for taking more than 30 minutes.
