Decap Attack! It is the spooky time of year and as such seems only appropriate to talk about this Genesis classic! And when I call it a Genesis classic, that's because it was one of those games that never really hit other consoles at the time. It is on mobile and you can get it on Steam as well, but like as for other re-releases, I don't really see much?

Anyways, it is a platformer where you hurl your head at the enemy as a weapon, and punch people out of your chest. It has a lot of "Commander Keen" type vibes in level design and some of the platforming elements. I didn't play it A LOT as a kid with a Genesis, but I remember renting it and having a good time with it. It is zany, bizarre, and I think it knows it is and just is like, "Fuck it. This is what we like, enjoy it!"

Pricecharting has the game running about 17 bucks loose, and about 37 dollars complete in box, so not one that is gonna break the bank. Also, it is on Steam for like, a buck.
