True. My phone bill's $12.98/month, so I guess the dream is to be able to pay it in one hypothetical day of doing nothing. Maybe someday.

I've calculated that if I buy $1.6 million worth of IIPR I could quit my job and just not do anything. I need to play the lottery furiously. Don't need the jackpot, just the $2 million prize is good enough.

IIPR looks a little sketchy to me, but rooting for you! Alternately you could try $4 million worth of SCHD, seems safer. That second $2 million comes way faster than the first.

And today my whole outlook has changed! I'm up to $11.44 per day. Powering my way through inflation, I'm so close to financial independence.
