Obviously, Ive read books in the past. But I just dont have the fucking patience for them to actually be a hobby. Even if I find the book interesting, Ill read it for a couple of pages and then just get tired of reading. I dont struggle with reading words at all. It sounds just like someone speaking in my head. I like to write, but can't stand to read books. It's like my eyes don't progress to the words below correctly and I'll be reading the same line over again.

Don't know what to tell you. It just isn't for everyone. Personally, if I start reading a good book and get hooked I'm in trouble, because I'll lay in bed and read it until it is 2am and I have to be at work in 4 hours.

Either listen to audiobooks, or read 1 page at a time and really focus on memorizing what you are reading. I used to be able to 4-5 books in a single sitting, these days I can't even read 1 chapter without getting bored. Just got to take it slow and reread what you have to. ... Copied to Clipboard!
