Been watching some of the preliminary matches and they're wild, making me half tempted to actually load up some Dota 2 and play it myself

I haven't played Dota in 5+ years but I do still enjoy watching this. There's only a few new heroes I don't really understand too which is nice!

Yeah thats typically how I feel, I used to play and follow it religiously but now I just come back once a year

The new heroes are pretty cool, I think the only new one since last year is Muerta, but the map itself is so goddamn different

Excellent. I haven't played since Muerta released and the map went nuts, but it's still awesome as a spectator sport.

These team fights in spirit vs vp are INSANE

Doing some writing, so I haven't watched today, but I was checking out group stages. The map seems extremely radiant-sided at the moment. That safe lane small camp is disgustingly close to tower.
