The Ben episodes of the Jeff show are consistently great

I have to disagree with the placement of Baldurs Gate 3 in the Most Ideas category because those arent its ideas, theyre all Dungeons & Dragonss ideas

Haven't listened to the GotY podcasts yet but Giant Bomb isn't where I go to for critical, nuanced, smart, well researched opinions.

...I've honestly been thinking recently that I'm not really sure why I continue to go to Giant Bomb at all...

Interesting discussions throughout, Ben Starr seems cool and smart, Last segment was very funny chaos, and Gratz to Grubb for getting Max Payne and Alan Wake on the couch together.

Oh GotY day 3 got lost in the Game Awards shuffle. Whittling down to the top 20. Audio quality could be better unfortunately.

GotY finale is live now. Seems to be going pretty well. Audio is good, much better than Day 3 because they actually have mics!

Okay this is a pretty wild love stream, would recommend.

Grubbs list there had a top tier GotY plot twist. And thats why Eurovision voting is great.

still 3 more weeks until I have to make mine trying to finish up as much as I can.

It was one of their best ever live show and a great list. I know people liked some of the arguments but I think the politicking and the jockeying for positions had gotten unfit for purpose. Chicory kind of showed that, and arguably even PUBG before it! The last two lists seem to much more clearly reflect the feelings of the whole staff.

Is there anywhere to watch it now? Seems like the podcast version isn't out yet.

They posted the archive and also the Bombcast Revengeance this week was them doing Best Music as a bonus category.

Shrug, Ive not played the game but I liked it.

I think that was basically representative of the games music, but also I like the music.
