Cause as far as anyone can tell, Marky Mark has stopped committing hate crimes and has worked to change his behavior whereas Chris Brown is still in the news for hitting women and just being an all around shitty person. Maybe once he makes an effort to stop being a trashy women beater then perception of him will change too.
