Specifically, all I can remember is one scene and I'm not sure I've got that right even, so it's tough.

I believe it's a found footage style foreign movie, but more security/surveillance set up than shakey handheld cam. I think it has to do with ghosts or hauntings.

The scene I'm thinking about is just a flat shot where there's something spooky in like a glass cabinet? But it's not the focus of the shot at all so you could easily miss it. It's something in the corner of the screen and they don't bring attention to it from what I recall.

I don't think I've even seen this movie. I feel like I saw it brought up in some youtube video or something. Did some searching on google, but all I kept getting were the same found footage movies with none of them being the right one. I'll be impressed if anyone can figure it out.
