Chiefs/Broncos going according to script so far

Closer than I would have expected so far.

Chiefs have sleptwalked for a while now,

And Denver scoring woke them back up good game~

Broncos host the almost as underwhelming Packers in ANOTHER national game in the 4:25 slot next week.

Why didn't the NFL learn from last year?

And coming up soon is SNF with Buffalo and TNF with Minnesota on back to back weeks how did they learn NOTHING?

I mean if you're a western team hosting a home game you're probably going to be in the 4 PM window

People who follow defense:

Are Sneed and McDuffie the best cornerback duo in the NFL now? Not including safeties, just outside corners.

The only pairs I think could challenge that assertion are Ward + Newsome in Cleveland and of course Sauce and Reed on the Jets, and we'll see about Howard + Ramsey in Miami when Ramsey returns.

There are some young duos that look promising but aren't quite there yet, like in Seattle or NE

They will never move games to Friday night because of high school football, just like how they don't play Saturday games until the college season is over

We all knew the injury was inevitable with that O-line.

No it's a different kind of incompetence. No team has thrown more into their O-Line in the last 5 years than the Giants, and it's always terrible regardless, They can't scout O-line talent at all.

No one was fixing that hot mess. Basically the entire organization needs a rebuild.

Reminder: The Bears and Broncos both have more primetime games than the Dolphins, Jaguars and Seahawks, in spite of all three of them being playoff teams last year.

Whoever is in charge of scheduling primetime games should be fired out of a canon.

They bought into the Justin Fields and Sean Payton hype

I actually thought the Bears would be decent,. Still had Denver as a dump, though.

I think Eagles > Jets is like #3 on the active streaks of one team beating the other which is kinda hilarious given they're in difference conferences.

Pats > Jets and Chiefs > Broncos being the only ones ahead of it.

both teams did such a good job avoiding points, someone who doesn't know how they operate might think they did it on purpose!

I was more worried about this one than Raiders/Pats but Titans/Ravens had 20-something to 10-something written all over it.

That would be the ideal outcome if it held up

Seattle jumped on 4th and 2 when the Bengals obviously weren't going for it, and the defense hasn't put up any resistance since,

Didn't take long for Miami to turn 14-0 into 21-14

Every time Seattle tries to take a lead, Geno throws it to a wide open Bengal.

This game feels like it's going to be decided by whoever screws up last.

Instead of throwing a pick this time, Seattle gets to and goal, Geno is sacked 3 times in 4 plays, and loses half the remaining clock.

Both these offenses have had chances to take this game and then they just totally botch it. Dropped passes, INTs, missed blocks all over the place. Bengals have lost at least two first downs on drops in the second half.

And now OPI on the Bengals why not.

Walker throws a killer pick inside his own red zone in an inexplicable game the Browns have led for ages

Geno just threw it directly into the arms of a Bengal again, but it wasn't caught

And once again Seattle's O-line disappears in the red zone, blocks no one, and they lose despite doubling the Bengals in yards and having 10 more first downs.

I'm not impressed by how either of these teams looked.
