Pretty sure a large group of those people know its bullshit and propaganda, and still choose to push it because it fits their own narrative.

People are that stupid/heinous.

There is no justification for it.

However the answer shouldn't be to kill more innocent civilians. Yet that will be the result.

The Israeli government and people certainly can't agree on that, and neither can the surrounding Arab countries or the West. That's exactly the problem here. This presents the situation as if Israel is even willing to consider such things when they are absolutely not.

The three photos showed two babies whose bodies had been burned beyond recognition and a third blood-stained infants body.
Netanyahus post said the pictures were some of the photos that Netanyahu showed US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on his visit to Jerusalem on Thursday.

Because the story was presented as a fact and used as an unquestionable justification for collective punishment and the destruction of Palestine! It was parrotted by the President without confirmation! You're asking why people have a problem with potential textbook war propaganda.

Actions plans and views on this conflict have already been formed on the basis that this is true. That's why it's relevant.

Now they're trying to substitute it with other claims, that babies were burned/killed in other ways. They know the rhetorical effect this type of claim has, that's why combatants have used it since the dawn of time.

Im not saying thats what they should do, but I am asking the question, now that we have the proof - what are their options?

I know that people here are just going to go the route of well its their fault it started in the first place but that argument does nothing right now. This is the situation, youve got about 3000 dead so far between the two sides combined and 150 hostages. Youve got a cycle of barbarism coming from Gaza and the scars of suicide bombings, rocket attacks, and calls for your extinction. At the same time, you have the international world calling for restraint and asking you to calm down, even as you find this evidence.

What does a civilized country do in this situation?

I don't know, maybe give Palestinians their independence? Right now they live under effectively an open air prison. They are at the mercy of Israel. Water, electricity, food, and going anywhere is all controlled by Israel. The attack by Hamas (of which I am not condoning), was a response to Israel's apartheid state. This could have all been avoided and that control to keep it from happening all falls on the shoulders of Israel alone. All of this is on Israel.

It doesn't justify depriving food and water to an entire nation. Palestinian civilians are not Hamas. But this is a heinous act and the perpetrators should be hunted down for it.

We knew that children and babies had died in the Hamas attack.
Nobody is question that.
But this whole children story is about them beheading 40 babies.
It is about revealing what is real and what is propaganda.
There are tons of propaganda out there, for both sides.
Hamas shooting down an Israeli helicopter is a clip from Arma 3.
Israel using white Phosphorus on civilians is from somewhere else.
Hamas gutting a pregnant Israeli woman and letting the fetus die was an old clip of Israeli soldiers doing it years ago.
Hamas/Israel having Israel/Palestine children in cages is an old clip.

It is not about making Hamas look good, Im sure they would kill 40 babies if they found them, it is about uncovering propaganda.

Yes an actual state with borders for Palestinians should be given. One problem I see there is no leadership that doesn't support revolution and violence against Israel/Jews. Negations can't begin with leave or die. Britain twice supported the Jewish homeland and allowed for the immigration. Palestine is a modern Australia or any country where the invading population that has won out. The invaders have supplemented them and constant attacks will not get them to leave. All current charters still believe in violently overthrowing Israel. New leadership that has to sadly admit defeat and want to actually live with an existing Israel.

Not all leave. US, Canada, South Africa, Australia have remained. India, Morocco, West Africa, Vietnam are some that were able to gain independence. Israel though isn't leaving.

Asking Palestinians to live with a bordering state that has no qualms about putting them under apartheid rule is a nothing "solution"

History is a foreign concept to you apparently if you think Jews have an interest in going back to Europe. And America had the chance to solve this problem in the 1930s, and didnt.

The Jewish immigration started just before 1900. It really is to late. Israel would need to have lost in 1948 or 1967 for Palestine to have most if not all of the land back. If the natives of the Americas or South Pacific today asked all the European descendants to leave it wouldn't happen. It is just to late. You can look into the Indian Wars and see that same outcome will eventually rule out in Israel.

The problem isn't Jewish people being there or even there being a state called Israel in the region or elsewhere. It's the fundamental conception of the nation that despite moving to a majority Arab/Muslim area, Israel the country can't just be a country founded by Jewish refugees, or a place of special importance to Jewish people, or even a universal safe haven for Jewish people. It must be an enforced ethnostate, that reduces non-Jews to second class citizens, displaces them, and kills them in order to make things "safe" for Jewish Israelis.

There is a path to a secular, Jewish plurality Israel, but that seems to be anathema to most. And it's been known since before modern Israel ever existed that the only way for it to be a majority Jewish ethnostate in that region was through ethnic cleansing, settler colonialism, and apartheid. None of this is a surprise.
