I really should try it. Everyone says its good.

I usually just order the avocado chipotle chicken melt sandwich (I always swap out the black pepper focaccia bread for the delicious sourdough bread).

I worked at one for like, a week, or just a few days, back in 2005 and I literally can't remember what it was I did there. I don't even remember eating any of their food.

Ive only eaten there once about 10 years ago

Really mediocre. And the prices are way too high for what you get.

Havent been there in at least a decade. was fine but too expensive. Might need to check their prices because with all the cheap options McDonalds and subways becoming expensive it might be a better value now.

Used to be good but it's very underwhelming for the price now. Not worth it anymore.

They have decent soups

Food is fine, but it's definitely overpriced and the service is an absolute gamble, either it's completely fine or the people can be horrid.

I still remember the time they lost my brother's order and gave him crap for it.

Can confidently say Ive eaten from there a single-digit number of times & none were particularly recent. Will have to abstain from voting.

Cost and quality absolutely do not even remotely match up and for that reason they get an F.

I do like it but it's become so damn expensive I never eat there anymore. They want $15 for their new chicken sandwich. It's not above fast-food tier so I ain't paying double digits for a single item.

The Mac n cheese is good tho

I tolerate it only because my daughters boyfriend works there and we get it for free.

Too expensive. And all of their sandwiches are bland and dry.

The mac and cheese is okay, after throwing a half dozen black pepper packets in there.

Good soup. Good bread. A tad pricy

I ate from there once. It was pretty good from what I remember but wasnt that special.

I do have to agree. The prices are outrageous.

Theres no way their premium chicken sandwich should be anywhere close to 15 bucks.

It's okay. I don't like most cafe chains because they're too expensive for the amount of food you get.

Their breakfast is decent, specifically their bacon egg and cheese on a brioche bun.

Lastly, the broccoli cheddar soup is good.

Everything else is trash.

Mediocre place that is basically where people "graduate" to when they want an upscale Subway. The only thing worth talking about is their spinach and bacon breakfast souffl.

I used to work there, it was my favorite retail type job I worked. Plus got half off of meals which made the price more worth it

Good but overpriced. I only go there cause it's the only place I can get the delicious Wild Rice Cream of Chicken soup.

Food is fine but the prices were insane PRE-inflation. Have to imagine that a sandwich, soup and a drink will run you $25 these days

Have one here in town that came a few years ago... gave them a shot once and haven't been back since. Everyone else in town seems to feel the same, Panera's a small ghost town over there, and word got around fast. Usually when a new place comes in, they'll be crowded at least for a week while people try it out... Panera only lasted half a week before the crowd disappeared.

The food is fine, but the beverages are good and make for a worthwhile hang out with friends to chat and take advantage of free refills spot.

I used to get the steak and white cheddar panini and dip it in the tomato soup and it was sooooo goood

then the last time I went the panini was awful and the soup tasted sour and I havent been back since

Basically these. Never liked anything I've had there, used to get dragged there by relatives who just wanted somewhere calm but with fast service. Pretty sure people only like the decorating and furniture because the food is expensive slop that isn't nice to eat.

Their bagels are extremely bad. Nothing more than airy, empty rings of bread.

Which is nothing like a bagel at all. (Which is dense, and comes with a bread "skin" from the fact the dough is boiled before they are baked.)

And let's not get into the fact that bagels are supposed to have chopped garlic/onions or sesame/poppy seeds on them. Not strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon and raisins, or all the other sweet breakfast fruit flavors.

It pretty much sucks. Luckily I got a local small chain bakery around me called Doro.
