"I refuse!" is all over the menus so I guess he qualifies. I'd say it's insanity to not have the main villain of part 8, but would I prefer Yasuho? Maybe.

Not who I'd expect but that's neat
It'd be cool if Part 8's was literally anyone but Joshu lol, it would be fitting to have him overlooked. Hasuo would be an easy answer for support although for actual combat I'm not sure how they'd go about it --- You were the cancer, that's all you'll ever be I really messed up this contest, but azuarc gave it a Breath of fresh air ... Despite having the opposite problem to "non-combatant" I can think of some cool moves to give the big bad.

Something of a straightforward, traditional fighting game character. Health drain is kind of background as a gimmick but he's got some solid normals and ranged attacks.
