This was truly a terrible decision, but my acid reflux is bad rn so I had to make the tough choice.

Currently fidgeting all over the place and pacing around my condo for no real reason.

Like I actually legit love vaping, but nic is fucking with my chest rn so it's as good a time as any to kick it.

Like 12 today, threw my last dispo out and went to the gym lmao. So I'm like 8 hours in.

You're not quitting vaping, you're quitting nicotine. Hell of a drug.

Maybe you could try the patch? Or some nicotine gum

No I'm definitely quitting vaping lol. I find cigarettes pretty gross unless I'm piss drunk. Vaping on the other hand is constant. Especially when driving.

Going to miss it :'( But it's for the best.

I've been told cold turkey is the best way to go.

Why not use the nic free juice?

Stay strong man, keep the mindset of "I don't vape anymore" instead of "I'm trying to quit vaping" and stick with it.

For the AMA, most improved NHL team this offseason in your opinion?

Maybe try the nic gum. I quit a while back and was 100% off it for several months, and I think the gum helped quite a bit. At a minimum, it gives your mouth something to do and can keep a vape out of there.

Recently started back up again and gonna try the gum again starting tomorrow.

Yeah like I said the tough part is I legit enjoy vaping. Most people I've met who smoked darrells hated it and only did it because they started at 10 years old or some nonsense.

Gotta be the Canes. They were dangerous last year and are now all in.

Right now there's no open vape stores so that's saving me for now but I've gotta make it through work and that will be the real test.

I quit drugs, alcohol and nicotine a little over a year ago now. The first month or so was hell on Earth, but it's gets easier. No desire to do any of them ever again now.

Im serious. I lived in the US right when vaping became trendy, and everyone said it was safer and not addictive. I havent lived there in hears, so I dont know, because vaping here isnt really a thing.

Obviously I hope you get better, but I really have been out of the loop.

The beginning is hard, then it gets easier and then you deal with it.
Once you get past a few weeks, know that in a couple years you may be convinced you could quit again. That's a challenge in itself and you just gotta stay strong.

I've had multiple people ask why i don't just have a beer after all these years...

Quitting nicotine isn't fun and can be very hard but it's one of the more minor ones thankfully.

I had a good experience using Champix (except for the dreams, holy hell the dreams are insane) and didn't even need to do the full course, so might be worth looking into treatments like that if you have a tough time.

On the other hand, you can buy an open system (one you can refill yourself) and buy nicotine separately and slowly taper down, or use nicotine free devices.

Tapering is the less aggravating way to do it.
