Luffy has his devil fruit and all that that entails and assuming he can bring his haki through in the forms of Observation, armament and Conquerors and all of their advanced versions which Luffy also has access to. Is that enough to give Luffy an edge over Cloud? I actually think it might be, initially I was going to give it to Cloud but Luffy is very strong. In terms of willpower I think Luffy pretty easily wins. But depending on how effective Cloud's materia and magic are Luffy could still be in trouble. --- Every time you read this, squirrels randomly burst into flames.
