Both my parents are from North Dakota originally, one of their jobs transferred them to Switzerland for a few years and the other got a job there.

I have a piece of paper that is US citizen born abroad iirc, I believe the same applies to children born while someone is on vacation.

That is different than simply having a parent that would qualify you for citizenship, I dont know where these individual cases fall though.

More like he ran wasting millions of peoples cash who thought he could legally become President, or even better wanted to cause discourse.

I doubt many even knew he was not born in the US.

Disclaimer: I don't know know too much about Ted Cruzs case myself and too lazy to dig into it beyond the surface level of information I found on Google.

My only main point is IF he truly is not a natural born American (which wouldn't include special cases like a woman giving birth abroad on vacation, US business like military, diplomatic relations or w/e), then he wasn't actually legally able to become President. He ran wasting people's money.

Its funny how Cenks audience went from 30k per stream before Trump, then after getting a massive case of Trump Derangement System, he has less than 5K per stream average now. Fool leaned into mainstream media rather than independent media. He used to be king of the independents media aswell. That was incredibly foolish of him to take that 20 million from the Clinton donors to become an establishment leaning show.

Do they even have a public show anymore? I tried tuning in in the normal show time a few weeks ago to see what theyre up to and all I got was a rerun reel for their live stream. I kind of just assumed they made the live show members only and are just posting clips from it on their yt channel.

I also love how Cenk's other argument is that if he polls at 20-25%, that would open the floodgates for Democratic governors to challenge Biden. Does he seriously think he would even poll at 2%, let alone 20%?

McCain as I understand was born on a military base and thus there was never any real question regarding him.

Cruz on the other hand was born on Canadian soil in Alberta, in a Calgary hospital specifically if I recall.

I'm aware of this specifically because on 261 I mentioned repeatedly that Congress REALLY should define natural-born citizen, I can't imagine they'd have much trouble getting consensus between Democrats and Republicans on that. Most reasonable people would think if a person qualified for American citizenship from birth then that would be enough for natural-born citizen.
