I decided to actually give troubleshooting a try, and I feel dumb. I have 3 monitors hooked up, but I only use the 2 32" 4K monitors. The 3rd one is smaller and hooked up via DVI cable and turned off. I started out with taking out a couple RAM sticks. I turned the computer on, but didn't see anything on the primary 32" monitor. I turned it back off and put the RAM sticks back on. Still nothing.

The 3rd monitor is behind the 2nd monitor now since I don't really use it. I decided to glance over at it. I turned that monitor on. It had a message about a hardware change and to press F1 for setup or F2 to continue with default settings. I pressed F2.

And here I am with a working desktop PC again.
