Politicians include elected officials at the state and federal level along with appointed positions such as Supreme Court Justices.
Forced retirement includes never being allowed to be an assistant to a politician or act as a lobbyist. No forced retirement, but competency checks for anyone over 50 (early onset alzheimers is a thing).

No maximum age discrimination. Just wait til you reach that age, and then be told you're "too old to work" and be forced to retire. See how you'll like it....

I'm not in favor of age restrictions for office, be that maximum or minimum. If a state wants one of their senators to be 95 and the other senator to be 25, so be it.
And yes, I would support a constitutional amendment to rescind political office age restrictions. --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. ... Copied to Clipboard!
