I don't normally see these high ratings for the ultra violent torture stuff. Those tend to just get a mixed response or very low scores (like only fans of the genre might like it) --- I'm a Taurus. Tobin Bell's John Kramer character is always great to witness, and this movie was pretty much all about him which I loved. Isn't every single saw ,movie technically about him? I saw up to the final chapter (VII?) twice, and I still keep forgetting what happens in the last movie... by than Im just so bored of all the gore ... ( I usually watch all the saw movies together.) the extreme gore is overdone now, and back in the early 2000s it was cool, but after 20 years of gore, some of us have gotten bored of gorefest.
