I really wanna try making my own green and red chile since it's just so tasty! I like to cook, but I've only been out to places or someone's parents made it.

If you've ever had really good Mexican food, you'll know what I'm talking about. How do you acquire your chiles? My store sells red and green chiles frozen, but also lots of fresh peppers
