Unfortunately I have to buy a prebuilt since there's
No way I can build one myself. I'll say the budget is $1500 max for a new PC but it would be better to get one for cheaper. I can just wait until Black Friday for a new monitor if I get a computer now. Can't wait until then for the computer itself.

I would need a decent one but not necessarily a gaming computer since I know things like Alienware are ridiculously overpriced. No laptops either since my cat would probably knock it down somehow.

Here is a idea, can you buy the part and take it to a shop to assemble it?
If you know someone that knows how to assemble PC, can't you buy the parts and have said person do it?

Here is a site with AMD GPU with max price 1,500:

I don't have that kind of room on my small desk.

I'm in America. I think the closest is Best Buy and they overcharge for everything there.

There are other sites in America, I just can't remember. I hope someone that knows the site see this topic, then that member can give the link.

Why can't you build one yourself?
Also, try and avoid anything with an nvidia 4000 series in it, they are vastly overpriced compared to their performance.

Just incase in overclockers.co.uk they deliver to USA.
Here is the link which mentions their delivery and price https://www.overclockers.co.uk/delivery

AMD graphic card cost less than Nvidia graphic card.

Just incase GPU = Graphic card.

Oh, come on. You can still use Google. And every town has their local PC repair shop.

I just Googled "Joliet PC build and repair shop" and came up with a Yelp link that has at least 10 local options that aren't Best Buy. Do the same search with your own home town.

https://m.yelp.com/search?cflt=itservices&find_loc=Joliet%2C+IL

And most local shops will either build it for you or have some kind of pre-configured package you can buy with maybe 1 or 2 parts you swap or upgrade before they assemble it for you.

And $1,500 isn't a bad budget. It could get you a decent workhorse, monitor, and a quality mouse with a mechanical keyboard. (If you skimp a little on the gaming power. You pick.)

You have local options you don't know about. Promise.
