I was wondering is drinking coffee a good source of energy for studying?
I drunk these coffee before going to class:

Nescafe Dolce Gusto Americano Intenso 9 Coffee Pods.
Dolce Gusto Capsules Napoli 13 intenso.

I drunk one at 12:00 and then one at 12:45.

reason for drinking coffee, I can see my allergy is affecting me. I can feel more tired than usual, so I am using coffee now as a way to have energy. Under normal circumstance I would avoid coffee.
I don't even like coffee, I only use coffee if I need it. Last time I used coffee was many years ago for asthma attack, but that was many years ago.

Maybe this is a coincidence, but what does it mean getting pain on the right side on the chest? A pain that comes on and off at times.

Maybe it is unrelated.

Those number are the intensity. I only drunk two coffee.
I drunk 1 at 12:00.
I drunk 1 at 12:45.

I plan to drink only if my allergies affects my energy and concentration. I am not a fan of coffee.

I drink plenty of water. I drunk about 750ml of water at the moment.

There is some evidence it can cause chest pain by raising blood pressure. Expecially if you're not used to it.

I don't think it's going to help you to suddenly start drinking a lot of coffee.

So drinking coffee can cause chest pain. For all these years, the only thing I drink is water. I don't even touch fizzy drinks at all. I don't drink juice or any other drinks.
I guess my body isn't used to drinking coffee.

No.

I forgot to mention I am using this in the morning:
Lion's Mane Capsules By Host Defense. I take 2 capsule in the morning.

Serious flair it, but it probably won't help much unless it's enforced in some way

Those are espresso capsules. Are you making them as espressos... or diluting them?

Also, two espressos is equivalent to a 16oz cup of filter coffee. That might be too much if you've never drunk coffee before.

I didn't notice there was a flair for CE, I wish I noticed that. Thanks now in the future I know.
I can't edit my first post to add the flair, unless the moderator has the power to do so.

Yes they are capsules. I put the capsule into the machine and the machine has water. I don't add anything to it.
It is only the capsule and water.

I guess I did go overboard drinking it.

No, I mean... are you making an espresso. As in, is your coffee only 1 oz of fluid?

Or are you filling up a mug with it?

If you aren't used to coffee and you try espresso, you get 100mg of caffeine absorbed by your body in the time it takes to drink one ounce. (ie: very, very quickly)

But if you are making an 8 ounce cup... that takes a lot longer to drink, so you absorb the caffeine much more slowly.

So if this is happening with an espresso shot, I'd recommend diluting it as an Americano.

But if you are experiencing it with the larger, more diluted cup of coffee... then something might be wrong, healthwise.

I use a small mug to fit into the machine. I stop when I see the machine is pouring lighter coffee, since it has run out of coffee from the capsule.
I don't know how much ounce I put into the cap, however it is less than half.

I think next time I will do only 1 capsule instead of 2 capsule.

This is the machine I used:

It's a manual capsule espresso machine, so it's up to you to stop it.

And it you're using a small cup, it's probably 110ml~. Whereas an espresso is around 30ml.

Try diluting it into a 240ml mug.

If you want a simple pricey uplifting caffeine boost: go to Starbucks and get a venti coffee of their blonde roast (this is their light roast. Lighter the roast the more caffeine). Have them add some oat milk. Drink the whole thing and your mind will be acting superior to it usually do

coffee is an awesome way to get a quick boost. but be careful, because dependence will form quickly. of all the addictions I've managed, caffeine is by far the easiest and least problematic.
