- 5 biomes; Mountainous Plains, Exotic Forest, Relic Desertland, Exotic Not-Snow Wonderland, Volcanic Lavaland with Large Enemy Base
- tons of shit to fight, explore with normal to great rewards
- Foot exploration extremely fun, is a basically like playing a platformer. there are many difficult areas to navigate, but smart platforming nets huge rewards and scenic spots
- Mech exploration is fun
- Choice of Division Classes, can choose based on how you want to play
- game is beautiful, especially in Forest and Not-snow biome
- Adventurous-ass music for your adventure, never really gets old.
- AFAIK, you can reach all four corners of the map at or around game start. Tons of freedom.
- Convenient touch pad functions, for your exploration

the game has many other flaws, and is in dire need of QoL, but goddamn, this game was fun to just run around in. Id pay 60 bucks for a rerelease with a laundry list of QoL features.

Yeah it's still one of my favorites. I wish mech combat was faster-paced though.
