I'm at chapter 3 I think.
I dislike like half the cast. Kid with the sweat band is just obnoxius. Guy with glasses is a huge pussy and tries to control everyone. Edgy kid is annoying, but he's worried about his sister so it's understandable. His sister is completely unlikable and the reason why they're in this mess to begin with.

The moment the woman showed up, I was like "Nah, that there's Lady Dokugumon" (didn't remember her actual name lol).

Also, everyone should be aged up 2 years. Just saying.

So apparently some people just die on your first playthrough? That's bs.

Anyways, it was sweat band kid. Not gonna miss him much tbh. I feel bad for Kunemon, seemed like a pretty chill dude.

This Shuuji fella keeps being an asshole to Lopmon. That's why nobody likes you, buddy.

Yeah as soon as that Woman showed up I knew it was Arukenon, Ive seen 02 and Ghost Game Survive, you arent fooling me.

Oh man, digimon survive sucked so badly. And the fact that the branches don't happen until like chapter 8 makes the entire interesting point of the game pointless.

True route is not worth it. I honestly just auto battled ater the first playthrough.

I honestly recommend doing it last so you can get the other route benefits. But I hate how the true ending is locked behind ng+

I mean do it last if you plan on playing through it 4 times, but twice was enough for me.

I loved the game but the gameplay is one note and boring. Incredible potential with the battle system, but they did the bare minimum they could get away with.

Yeah, if the game didn't have autobattle I absolutely wouldn't have done it multiple times. It has great potential at its base and there was a lot they could have done with the various tamers having effects with their talking dialogue etc... But it was squandered with a subpar translation in English and a mediocre story in my eyes. I LOVE the idea of the game. But the execution was shite.

My only complaints about the game so far is that half the cast is unlikable and the battles are too easy.

Except the one against Cycolnemon where you can only take 4 mons and he frickin one shots Diatrymon.

Survive on XCom type maps would have been amazing. Utilize some tactics instead of just run up and attack.

Damn it the more I think about it the more I'm remembering how much potential it had.

I actually liked Ryo once you got to save him, though Im probably biased because Banchostingmon is one of my favorite megas. Never did like Shuuji though, even on True Route.
