The Original Trilogy has better movies, but the lore is much more fleshed out in the Prequel Era

I will agree with that, I just wish the movies that started that era were more interesting. I feel like they chose to focus on the most mundane things.

Clone Wars def is a top tier era. Its better than the eras that came after.

But I still love the Old Republic era.

Yeah, Attack of the Clones in particular feels weird because besides being the actual start of the Clone Wars, it's probably the least interesting thing that happens in them lol.

And the Phantom Menace feels weirdly divorced from all of the other Prequel content.

^That

I could love a New Republic era, but the New Republic got wiped out too easily imo.

I do love the Old Republic era, just wish there was more content set in it. I was hoping KOTOR remake would re-canonize the events of the game and set up for more Old Republic content.

I'm a sucker for Old Republic stuff. Clone Wars era never felt like it lived up to the years of speculation about what they were, or about the fall of the Jedi/Anakin Skywalker.

This is the same reason why the Mando/Ahsoka period is more interesting too. Gets boring again with the New Order.

I would love if the remake is successful enough to kick off more games. The Old Republic games were great

The ten-year gap between it and Attack of the Clones probably has a lot to do with that.

I love The Phantom Menace the way it is, but sometimes I think that maybe finding young Anakin shouldve been like a 20 minute prologue or something, then the rest of the movie couldve been his training and all that creepy awkwardness, as well as the beginning of the Clone Wars. Then the second movie couldve been a fully trained Anakin during the war (basically like what we got on the show), and then Revenge of the Sith could remain unchanged, but because we got to see a badass charismatic Anakin, his fall would have more weight.

Thank goodness for Dave Filoni though.
