I am trying to get back into daily pushups. Just did 42, but I know many can do many more.

Pretty much at this level, though there's no consistency with how difficult the last few are. Some days are almost trivial, others are more of a struggle than they probably should be.

Why would that help? Bad ankle or something?

[LFAQs-redacted-quote]

This is my goal. I did 50 once but it was awful.

I broke my foot really badly a few years back. Caused arthritis when I was still in my 20s. Getting my right foot into that position and putting any weight on it still hurts now, even on a good day.

I'm thinking 10-19 but I haven't done any. The most I've ever been able to at once is only 50.

Been taking it easy because there's something up with my upper back so I've reduced 40x4 to 25x4

I assume you know the answer will be "yes"?

I know it is lame, but I am very impatient to wear my wedding band.

Yeah we're already booking a venue, catering, photographer lol

It's backwards but it's still hard to secure a place

So why haven't you asked then? Still picking the ring?

And yeah, we had to get the venue 13 months in advance. It will be a14 month engagement.

It's so that the proposal is on a date of significance

I use the Perfect Push Up things to do mine, as I have a ganglion cyst in my right wrist from doing push-ups, so I need to keep them straight. That makes them harder, and I dont know how many I could do in one go. On Mondays, one set is 10 pushups, 17 chest presses with a 20 lbs dumbbell in each hand, 17 bicep curls with the same, 17 tricep curls with the same, and I do five sets.

I do at least 1,900 push-ups a week, but normally don't do more than 30-35 reps per set...I'm sure I can at least do 50 without pause.

20-30. Arm strength has always been my weakness, and I've got a bad wrist that pretty much forces me to do pushup with balled fists, which is hard on the knuckles.
