Still in pain pretty much all the time, medicine helps and its either gotten a little better or Im just more used to the pain. Tonight I had turned on my stomach (my preffered way of sleeping) and wok up 3am with major pain.

The Gabapentine I take has a side effect, it has made my anxiety go down a lot, for good and bad. It has affected my PTSD treatment, cant do that being more emotionally unavailable so we moved on to internet cbt for time being.

If surgery becomes an option I might do that, even if I dont want to and it seems scary.

I just want to go back to work, I lose like $400 a month not working and I has to think about my expenses before becoming sick.

This shit sucks.

Mine are at the neck, but bit further down and not where I move my neck, my sister had the same and doctors said its more uncommon.

Ive done PT since the start, well see what the results are first and go from there.

I was in contact with therapist before all this, my mental state wasnt good before summer. We had started trauma therapy. Met her last week and decided on this.

MRI showed its between the 5th and 6th cervical vertebrae. I said yes to wanting to discuss with a surgeon about surgery so now its waiting time.
