It also has one of my favorite moments I've experienced at the theatre when they showed Bart's penis the whole place went wild with laughter. As stated though, it came out when the shows momentum had dropped significantly and the humor was very hit and miss much like the show at the time. It was that era of the Simpsons where they would just say things that sounded funny but werent relevant to what was going on. Like trying to make catchphrases or memes. Also they really hyped up the Barts penis moment and I dont know why.
