You have 2 axis, Y is the skill and X is the task. The circles represent different levels of CO2 and are placed accordingly to how well the tasks were performed under that level of CO2.

So focused activity such as playing a video game is not impacted. If I am procrastinating on something, I should sit outdoors and do it on my phone because the CO2 level may be inhibiting me.

We have to start sitting outdoors as a cure to procrastination, maybe?
