a very small youtuber briefly critiqued his extreme horror book (extreme horror is basically torture porn books) in a worst books she had read that year (and by the way she is even a fan of the genre)

so he wrote a book and dedicated it to her as a means of mockery and for his fans to attack her

again this is a small youtuber

meaning he pretty much had to go looking for a negative review of his hack book

dude also literally in his mean spirited dedication which again exists soley so his fans will harass her

he brags about how good he is at sex

EDIT i should clarify the book is not a torture porn about the youtuber its crapy sex story the dedication is just away to rile his fans up the book is not about her in any way

not a content creator its an author who has published books attacking a woman for not liking his book

I may be wrong but I hear getting a book published isn't as difficult as it sounds. Being successful with it is another story, how well known is this author?

That's unfortunate and people shouldn't do that but that sounds about the same level of recognition as a small YouTube content creator. So that other poster was probably right on the money, and this may be just a common dispute. Is the person in question contacting the authorities yet?

Depends what you mean.

You can self-publish an eBook very easily.

Getting a print edition published by a mainstream publisher who will get it into stores? That's very hard. Most won't even look at an unsolicited manuscript. If that's what you want, you're going to need an agent.
