My friend at work told me that steak was good, and also healthy.

I said "yeah it's good but it's got a lot of cholesterol, chicken is healthier"

He stormed off without saying a word. One of those "steak is for alpha males" people I imagine.

It's fairly healthy, sure it's not chicken or veggies but you can find far more things that are less healthy to eat

the healthiest meat is cured pork, if you can get it low-sodium, since only pork contains every dietary amino acid.
