It took nearly a year to fix the bug with outbreaks only having one form of a Pokemon with multiple forms, and many of the problems that have existed since launch have not only not been fixed, but have actually gotten worse with the launch of the DLC. The problem is that SwSh didn't make a bunch of other people quit too. This was a game where they reused animations and models, lied about it, had still frames on important cutscenes, no voice acting or singing in scenes that are jarring without them, and was graphically and gameplay wise, hollow and unimaginative. The only good thing was that their female designs are nice (fuck Hop and Leon, worst fucking characters), and I liked the idea of an apple dragon SV looked like it had more heart but aside from still frame cutscenes, it doesn't do anything particularly better. Can't say for actual play experience as I can only say from videos. I doubt it's so good it would change my mind, just looks like more of the same. I got my ass handed to me a few times in the story, and I've seen YouTubers who know way more about Pokemon than I do get their asses handed to them in their playthroughs too. Like I've said, S/V's main flaws are on the technical quality side, not the gameplay.
