Revision of a scuffed poll. Tried to put a good mix of JRPG and Western developed games. Other feels more fitting for Mobiles and Remakes/Ports. As for people who might ask "Why was Reverie Included?" -- It is technically new to the West. I did leave Azure for posting under "Others", in part because I did want to include Ryza.

And yes, it may have stripped away several RPG elements, but XVI is still an Action RPG. If Forespoken and Wo Long would have counted, it does too lol.

I probably could have put it on the list instead of Wo Long or OPO. But it would have upset the balance of styles of RPGs a wee bit.

I wish GameFAQs would give us 15 poll options instead but sadly they don't. Chained Echoes and Sea of Stars are both pretty good games, honestly.

Starfield

Is Star Wars Jedi Survivor a RPG? I haven't played it yet, but Fallen Order certainly was not. It was more Metroid Prime mixed with some Dark Souls (but not the customization of Dark Souls)

And not including Starfield feels weird

Where's my Eternights? Lol I am kidding. That game is dece/fun for real but at least this poll seems to be made in better faith. Leaving off Sea of Stars is strange, though I just never had an urge to play it yet. It should be an option.

BG3 is easily the best game of the year.
