He prescribed it for only a week but gave me like a month's supply. This was few months ago and I felt pain again, so I just started taking them without his go ahead, wondering if others ever did that.

Yeah. I don't even remember what I got them for, but only took a few because they didn't help very much with whatever it was. Saved the rest for use later as I saw fit.

Yeah I don't know if it's a good idea but it definitely helped when the spasms flared up again, so I'm just taking the risk using them

I would say you should contact him. Some drugs you should only take for a certain time frame before you start to get things like side affects or lasting chronic conditions you may not want to play with.

If you need them to stop painful spasms, take it.

But if you don't need it, muscle relaxers are extremely brutal on the stomach.

Ive been taking them almost 2 months. I take Klorzoxazon 250mg, 3 pills 3 times a day acording doctors orders. I prob could try take less of them, just afraid lof getting those very painful spasms.

Go and see the doctor.

If the problem returned, you may have another issue anyways.

I would not worry too much about the drug itself right now (since there are months between your intakes), but if your doctor did some treatment, but the problem came back again, you may need something else.

What you did is just some short term solution, and I think that's fine compared to suffer throught the day, but what you need is something for the long term.

Go and see the doctor.

Oh man I didn't even think of side effects or chronic conditions that's a good point. Have stopped taking them again.

Yeah, taking anything like that longer than a few days is a good way to catch an addiction real fast. Especially when you won't have anymore.

Talk to your doctor. He might give you a different, long term medication.
