do you usually get less time out of your glasses than this? How about if you could get a pair for 300 bucks out the door, glasses prices are going up

I've had my glasses for about 12 years.

I only change glasses if they break and that frame doesnt exist anymore so I cant replace it. To me its like changing my entire face.

In 25 years ive only had like 4 different frames.

I just replaced a 13 year old pair after the scratches became too obvious

I've been wearing the same pair of glasses for 12 years.

I'm still on my first pair of glasses, and I got them 3 years ago. They don't show any signs of needing to be replaced yet.

I'd be mad if they only lasted 3 years

300 sounds like a lot tho

Glasses prices are indeed going up. The cheap frames also cost me about $300 after paying for the lenses. I try to make mine last, but Im extremely attracted to my optometrist, so Im considering going in for contacts.

I've never had a pair of glasses that only lasted three years, at least as far as the condition of the frames/lenses go. Or that cost $300.

I'm due for a prescription update though.

my last 3 glasses I broke by accident. I sat or stepped on them.

I think they've lasted about 3 years or so each idr too well.

I've honestly not bought a new pair of glasses since my last one broke like 5 years ago lol.. since I just wear contacts all the time now
