Welp, she said she would let me know by end of day. Nothing so far. I'm off work already. Regardless if she approves tomorrow and Friday off for me, I will need to come in late tomorrow because I have a doctor's appointment. I think she forgot about me.

I'm just glad at my job pretty much all the supervisor does is rubber stamp our requests for time off. Never heard of it actually being denied.

This is Job 2, BTW. Job 1 I never have any issues getting days off.
J2 usually lets me off with no issues either but my direct boss has been bombarded with stuff but she keeps making empty promises to clients and expects us to follow through with the promises she makes, so when shit like this happens she forgets tons of stuff. --- Don't like it? So I was about to call it a day and then she PMs me on Teams. She apologizes for getting back to me so late. She says it's her fault for this shit storm at work and takes ownership for it. Truth is she would like me to not take time off and help her and the team fix this mess but she said it's all good, the team will figure it out and I can take my days off. Cool.
