Damn, I sometimes play some normal sudoku to pass time in the train, but I don't even know how I'm supposed to solve that.

The digits 1 and 6 and constrained in 6x6 Chinese Whisper puzzles. That's a good start.

Also are you aware of Snyder Notation? That helps a lot with all Sudoku puzzles.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but I wasn't able to find anything that would not mess up everything sooner or later, and had to redo everything again because the circle came off.

I think I should start with the T sections, because these are the most restricted ones but it still seems like stupid try & error on my end.

Then the top row becomes solvable working out where the remaining 1 and 6 can go.

Due to the geometry the 1 needs to be between a 2 and a 3. The 6 needs to be between a 5 and a 4.

Imho the checker function is too powerful. It's a cheat code here since you can abuse it to find the digits with zero penalty, bypassing the deduction and trial and error method.

It's useful for casual player yet its potential for abuse render the timer meaningless. The author should put some kind of limitation here. Maybe one check every 10 minutes? Limit it to full board only? Turn off the timer by default? etc.

What do you mean by checker function lol?

The check mark button TC. It tells you whether you have wrong digit(s) on the board or not. No usage limit, no time penalty, nothing, nada.

Assuming you care enough to cheat in sudoku, just try every digit with checker until you get the right one and marvel at your world record completion time lmao.

Btw if you open the info menu from the question mark button, you'll see the 'checker' name for that check mark button :d

Ok finally did it. I'm not sure I feel happy with how I did it but I did it. I had to rule out certain numbers on the wonky cells which I guess is ok. I'm going to see if I can find someone solve this online to see where I could improve for next time.
