It's on Prime Video. Called "Inside"

He is an art thief that breaks into some super rich person's high-rise apartment. Whatever its called when you live on the top floor all by yourself.

Anyway, he sets off an alarm and the place goes into lock down and he can't get out. But no cops are alerted. It's like just a trap for Thieves. He's stuck and doesn't know what to do

It's kind of a Survival movie cause he has limited water and the temperature keeps changing
