First the whole conflict in Sudan, then the earthquake in Morocco that killed more than 2000 people, and now a storm in Libya that's killed more than 2500 people and collapsed two dams. What's going on over there?

The storm is likely climate change related, and possibly the conflict in Sudan (though that place wasn't the most stable country even before climate change got really bad. It's former southern half did split into a separate country, after all) but I don't think that's responsible for the earthquake.
